Pricing questions, answered
A provider is any licensed clinician using Scribemarrow to generate notes: MDs, DOs, NPs, and PAs. Administrative staff who only view notes or access the dashboard are not billed as providers.
We offer a 30-day pilot period for new practices. During the pilot, your practice gets full access to the tier you're evaluating. If you decide not to continue, there's no charge and no cancellation process required.
A Business Associate Agreement is included at all billing tiers. The BAA covers Scribemarrow's handling of Protected Health Information and is executed during onboarding. Our legal team can review custom BAA language for Group tier practices.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new rate takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. For practices approaching the Group threshold, contact us about phased upgrade terms.
We accept all major credit cards for Starter and Practice tiers. Group tier practices can pay via ACH transfer or check. Annual invoicing is available for Group tier with net-30 payment terms.
